From 22 to 24 September, the University of Maribor’s Faculty of Organizational Sciences (FOV UM) hosted SuMoS project partner meetings and a student workshop named “Green Thinking & Digital Action” in Kranj, Slovenia. Working in seven teams, students are developing digital solutions to raise awareness of environmental protection and sustainable development – from service design to prototypes and concepts for conversational agents.

Through their participation, students and professors from Croatia, Serbia, Slovakia, France and Slovenia demonstrate that sustainable development challenges are global, while solutions emerge through international collaboration, knowledge exchange and the innovative use of digital technologies.

The “Green Thinking & Digital Action” workshop therefore provides an opportunity to develop creative ideas and prototypes while strengthening competencies, partnerships and awareness of how young people can use their knowledge to make a meaningful contribution to a more sustainable future.
