From 14th to 16th April 2026 SuMoS partners held a project meeting at UB FON in Belgrade, Serbia.

During the project meeting, 20 team members actively participated in the work focused on the development of the Digital Institutional Student Mobility Support Platform (ISMSP) within the WP5. The session centered on advancing key components of the platform, with partners collaboratively working on the chatbot database architecture, refining the chatbot database, and expanding the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section. The chatbot is specifically designed to support students throughout the student mobility process, providing timely and accessible information and is planned to be available to students in 2027.

In parallel with the chatbot and FAQ development activities, a dedicated session on green practices and the environmental footprint of student mobility was held, focusing on the implementation of a benchmarking tool, as a part of WP3. The meeting brought together experts in sustainability, designers, and developers in one place to collaboratively work on the solution. This benchmarking tool will enable students (both those participating in mobility programs and those who are not, as well as students from different countries) to calculate their individual eco score and compare their results with peers. The goal is to raise awareness and encourage more environmentally responsible choices within student mobility.

Additionally, a PMB meeting was held, during which members discussed the next steps of the SuMoS project.

The next partner meeting will take place in Kranj, Slovenia, in September 2026. It will also include a student workshop, bringing together participants from five partner institutions to collaborate on developing digital solutions for sustainability.
